I want collarbones sticking out, I want to feel my hip bones again. I want to be able to turn heads.
I am happy to report that I’ve lost 15 pounds. But that’s my overall weight loss for the summer and it’s pathetic. It could have been 30, but instead I was emotional and let myself be a fat ass and binge.
Now I’m trying to do a green tea cleanse, which has helped so much. I love feeling empty. It’s so rewarding.

Things we need to realize
me: eats 1000 calories, a perfectly reasonable amount for weight loss

1. You hear it everywhere but increase water intake (4 to 5 lit a day)
careful don’t eat a bunch of stuff and then expect the water to clean it off, it does not work that way.
2. Hot water with lemon
can be taken before/with/after meals but in an empty stomach works best
3. Green tea its savior, not with sugar or honey
4. Avoid: junk food, flours, rice, salt, lactose and sweets. Fact: the less you eat candy the less you crave them.
5. Reduce your portions, if you can get a dessert plate, those are smaller and are usually of the correct measure.
Careful: don’t fill the plate till it touches the ceiling.
6. Stop drinking anything that is not water or green tea.
7. With a watch or with your cellphone timer control the time of you meals
Snacks: 30 min
Meals: 45 to 60 min
Drinks: at least 15 min if they are not water
Between bites drop you utensil, wipe your face with a napkin, engage in conversation with your family/friends.
8. Three hours must pass between your last meal and you bed time.
9. Don’t reward yourself with food, your not a pet.
10. This is kinda sick but eat in front of a mirror naked.
11. Feeling a binge? Brush your teeth, look at thinspo, get out of the house.
12. Instead of saying NO to foods, think that you don’t care and you don’t want the food. Do something that makes you stop thinking about food.

Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.
🍵What’s in it:
。A cup of hot water
。Green Tea
。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋
。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

Drink some right now actually - I love having it on my walks to work in the morning as it helps to keep me full while still having some flavour so that I’m not craving. It helps to dump whatever’s in your body too! I recommend at least trying it, the taste is something you get used to lol
Okay so lots of people on my instagram voted yes to me explaining how I lost 10 pounds a week. Now before I get into this I want to say that I do NOT encourage this behavior but I know lots of you are struggling with weight loss. I am not a professional and some of my methods will not work for your body.
So to start off, I would wake up every morning and drink at least 2 cups of green tea (and water) and do light exercise (I’m not much of a workout person so I mainly did jumping jacks, squats, etc.) The green tea boosts metabolism and exercising can burn off calories before you consume calories. Halfway throughout the day I would drink water. Everytime I would have cravings or want to eat something, I would drink warm water, exercise,brush my teeth, or any type of distracting thing after a while the cravings would go away and the hunger pains or my growling stomach would settle. At night time when my parents came home i would have to eat dinner (anything from 150-600 cals) before I would eat I would drink 1 cup of green tea and do light exercise. During eating I would chew each bite about 20 times. taking sips of water between each bite. After eating I would do more light exercising (do NOT throw up your food!! It will not help with weight loss because you’ve already consumed the calories) before I go to sleep I would drink 2 more cups of green tea (it should amount to 5 cups of tea. 5 cups of green tea a day helps you lose 1 pound)
Extra Information:
* I would usually get about a 12, 23, or 24 hour fast (depending on if I ate extra foods)
* I ate dinner around 5 or 6pm
* Sleeping counts as fasting. Your body goes into starvation mode during sleeping however you don’t feel it.
* do not eat after 7pm or before 7am

negative calorie foods aren’t real
if you only do cardio you’re gonna be really flabby cause you lost ur muscles first
you wont get bulky from lifting low (10-15lb) weights you will just lose fat faster
you can drink too much water
fats are not your enemy oh my god! if you eat fatty foods you stay full all day
you can lose up to 2 pounds a week if you eat a whopping 1,200 cals a day. seriously.
not eating enough slows metabolism = slower weight loss
the more carbs you eat the hungrier you are gonna get during the day
take ur damn multivitamin
you will be fine if you cheat on your diet once or twice. you wont gain anything from eating a single piece of cake. you could die tomorrow enjoy your life
lose it slow for minimum skin sagging
fruits have a lot of sugar, cut them out if you are taking the proper vitamins
spot training isn’t real you cant just lose it in one place
stress can make you retain weight. so, ironically, if you’re worried about losing all the time you will just lose it slower
track your weight loss with weekly measurements. The scale is addicting and usually inaccurate and you will feel a lot more accomplished this way.
Your ideal thin self with a wonderful life doesn’t exist. Its still going to be you but just a little smaller. Learn to love the you right now cause you are all you got.
